The app will log you out of a machine, next time you log into it you'll just need to log in again. The software can be installed on as many machines as desired, but you will be prompted to 'de-authorize' one of the two active logins. Each employee can have two active logins at a time. Due to the Adobe Creative Cloud storage, the sign in requires Duo. Licenses for guests are available for a cost, please contact ASCTech. Teaching labs have a device based license that requires login, but that undergraduate students can use for instructional purposes.

Employed Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students (GAA/GRA/GTA/Fellowship) get 2 licenses for OSU owned or personally owned machines. Adobe products are a named user login licensing model in versions past 2018.
